THIS IS ME SCREECHING WITH UNHOLY DELIGHT. Omg. This is so, so good and my favorite take on their dynamic. I love how complicated it is, just like in the game, how there is something that could be considered caring from Amanda even though no amount of caring will ever stop Amanda from sacrificing Connor or stop her from finding some flaw in him.
I love how Connor is perfect now but he still craves her approval.
Your take on both of their voices is so perfect and I could see this happening in canon and I'm just. Floored. By how good it is. Thank you so much for writing it. T_T
