DBH Drabble-a-thon! Come play!

THE DRABBLE-A-THON is officially CLOSED to new prompts!  But feel free to respond to existing prompts!  I've made a list of all unfilled prompts here, please let me know if I missed any!

It's time for DRABBLES!  What is a drabble?  A drabble is a short story of exactly 100 words.  It might sound hard, but the challenge is part of the fun!

Tonight is the last night of Hanukkah and the first night of the Drabble-a-thon.  Like Hanukkah, it will last Eight Crazy Nights!  It officially starts at 6am Pacific Standard Time, December 9, and will last through 5:59am Pacific Standard Time on December 17th (for the rest of December 17th I have another fun thing planned, which I will announce in a day or two).

To leave a prompt for the drabble-a-thon, just make a comment to this thread.  Please try to keep prompts for drabbles to one or two words or a short sentence (your prompt shouldn't be longer than the drabble, after all!)  If you have a prompt for a massive AU crossover or something, it would probably be better to stick it on the DBH Kinkmeme.  Feel free to also prompt for specific characters/pairings!  Rarepair prompts would be awesome!  All ships are welcome on this comm, so if a pairing doesn't float your boat, feel free to ignore that prompt and go to the next. :)

To fill a prompt, please reply to the prompt comment.  You can either post directly into the comment box, or post a link to the fill on AO3. 

There might be a small prize for the person that fills the most prompts, just to make things extra fun. :)

“You’re going to give Sumo frostbite,” Hank groused from the porch, rubbing his chapped hands together and wishing he’d thought to grab a mug of coffee before coming out here. “Just because you don’t feel the cold doesn’t mean he doesn’t.”

Sumo barked, happy, plowing through the snowdrifts in the front yard again and again as Connor threw his favorite stick for him. Frankly, he looked finer than fine, but Hank never wanted to waste a chance to give Connor shit for something.

“Sumo’s vital signs are all in the optimal range, Lieutenant,” he replied. Turning, he smiled. “Don’t worry.”

Awwwwww it's so cute! I love Hank worrying that the huge dog with the thick fur is gonna get cold, he loves Sumo so much. And now I'm picturing Connor and Sumo playing in the snow and that's such an adorable mental picture

This encapsulates their relationship so well, with Hank having to be bristly about SOMETHING and Connor unfazed by his grumpiness and at the same time assuring him that all is well. Ahhh, so sweet!
